Glad they got it straightened out for you... for the most part~ Since they made it clear that they are gonna keep the old plastics.. you should definitly make sure to tell them you want your screens back~ I wouldn't even let them attempt to transfer the screens.. they may end up on your windscreen as well!

my wife was standing next to me when they rolled the bike out...so she was the only one who saw my face. i thought i felt something hit my foot... she said it was my jaw!
i really couldnt belive they did that, at least they are reaplacing it without any fuss and quickly...

i just finished taking off the screens....wow does that silicon glue work well!!! i had to slide a screwdriver in between the plastic and glue and just kinda scrape it off, at the same time being carefull not to bend the form of the screens.
it took me longer to get em off than to put them on the first time haha

i hope someone who is having them intalls see's this first to know what to watch for!!

and what sux is i just had them do my 500 mile $250 oil change for the warrenty BS...

i will prob check to make sure they put oil in there and not water, hahaha, but seriusly i will check....

the prob is i just moved here and got the bike from these ppl and dont know where else to go...i will just be doin everythin myself from now on!

its not a question of being specific to where i want them! the question is how could they not know the right place to put them?!?!
there is only one place to put them! they should know where that place is without me being specific... lets say i didnt know where they were supposed to be...
they are payed to know specificly where they go, not me.
there is no question they are responsible and would have to buy me new plastics.
they are lucky they are doing that with no fuss bec i would have sued the bastards if they even blinked at me wrong!
