fork seals

What or maybe how is the easiest way to replace the fork seals. This will be my first time so any helpfull hints would be appreciated. lease:Thanks, Mike

I did it with the above guide and a buddy to help. Actually I did it 2x cause the 1st time I put the seals in backwards ***:duhOH:duh:*** But other than MAKING SURE TO CHECK SEAL DIRECTION it's not that bad

The fork oil is recommended to be changed every 5,000 miles.
That gets pricey unless you do it yourself.
