I just purchased a 300 kit for my bike. Well I want to change my sprocket but don't if i should go down, stay the same , or go up a teeth. I'm not really sure how it works. What should I do?

I've only got a wee lil 240, but I went -1 +3 to compensate for the rear wheel weight. This may not be the optimal gearing for your application, but I like the idea of more leverage to help spin a heavier wheel.

went 45 tooth on the rear for my 240 kit.Josh at Ball Z says that what he puts on most of the bike builds.I wouldnt go smaller on the front really.
