I believe genI wheels will go on a GenII with correct spacers as they are thinner but not vice versa as the GenII wheels would have to be machined down to fit a GenI.

I started a thread a long time ago asking opposite of what you seek and in pretty sure that was the answer I got. Give the pros a lil while to wake up. Somebody will confirm or deny this.

Front wheels will need:
1.5mm spacer rotor off of wheel,
additional 3mm of spacer on each side of axle,
5mm spacer for calipers to go from 310mm to 320mm rotors.

Rear needs:
Sprocket will need to be spaced out to align chain(mine are Marchesini's so I'm not sure on stockers)
Caliper needs to be converted to Gen 1 underslung caliper set-up, or
Have new rotor made as Gen 2 rear rotor is 260mm and Gen 1 is 240mm

Not really hard to do at all, but it just takes a little using some common sense.
