I've been in the hospital for 2 weeks fighting the Covid19 virus. By the grace of God I only contracted a mild version but it still attacked me like a grizzly bear. Spreading pneumonia throughout my lungs. Fast forward 2 weeks and I'm on recovery and it looks like I beat it.
The main thing I can say is wear gloves and keep your hands clean. The paper masks do nothing unless they're purpose built respirators that seal to the face.
Stay safe and keep the rubber on the road.

Keep getting better man. Thanks for reinforcing what some people in this area refer to as my over cautious attitude towards this. :beerchug:

I find that Vitamin C 500mg 3 times a day and 4000 IU of Vitamin D once a day makes the recovery much faster. It's a bear of a virus. Glad to see you are recovering.

It's only now that scientist are realizing the ones getting the worse symptoms from Covid are the low Vitamin D people. Supplement that Vitamin D guys.

Yes I've been taking it for a year as I was one of the low Vit D guys. Buy it before it becomes the new toilet paper.

Glad your getting better, so I take it from your comment that u were probably wearing masks and still caught it? To be honest in the area im in as bad its hit many people still aren't taking it serious enough my work being one of them. They refused to close and they have us scheduled to work 6 days a week right now with our extended spring hours and are taking minimal precautions. I haven't had anyone directly connected to me but a few of my friends and personal customers have let me know of over a dozen people they've lost and at least double that have contacted it. Hope to see u all better sir.

The mild version doesn't sound very mild.
