Engine can stall while riding

TPS in correct position! I will test all (stator, battery, regulator) as discribed in manual.

Dont give up.. does this happen with the choke on... sounds almost like its seizing to me.. i am no expert though.. fuel prob, no doubt.. bad gas?

I already try use different gasoline, doesn't matter what type of gasoline I use same symptom's.

Also what I want to say.. after correcton TPS bike ride more stable, today I ride in hot traffic, use gears 1-2-3-4 engine, fast accelerate and hard braking, engines not try to stall, two times I hard braking.. engine continue work, bike not twitch... hmmmm.

But I already order fuel pump.. after I receive it & install it, I make test ride and write here, help this or not.

p.s. if fuel pump exchange "procedure" not help, okey, I will take my favorite repairing tool's - a big hammer

I have the same problem when the engine gets warm it will stall. I have change the fuel pump, databox and still the same problem.

it's very bad news for me... one day ago I ride on "open season ride", I ride in column of motorcycle - 30 min on speed 40-60 km/h - not feel&take problem, then with friends we ride fast ~ 40 km - 160-250 km/h - NO problem.

Today, I ride out of city - 20-30 km on different speed - okey not feel problem, after short stop, I go back to city, ride in traffic jam - max speed 30-60 km/h, after 20 min. when I leave hard traffic jam and try ride fast I feel how my bike twitching, I apply clutch - three - four times full open throttle (I hear weak throttle response), then realise clutch, bike ride very well, but when I gear up and open throttle bike again twitching, also I try hard braking - bike stall

Hmm - I buy aftermarket manual for hayabusa - read it today, and think - may be one of injector bad work after fast acceleration? How test injectors? Only at special test bench?

I have changed the injectors today but the problem is still there... To be continued...

That was going to be my suggestion. Or the injectors could need a good cleaning.

It turned out to be a clogged returnline...
(we're members on the same Swedish forum... )

Yes it was something in the returpipe in the tank... Check that if you havent done that

Am having about the same problem on my K8 but mine barely has 300kms on the engine. The TPS would deviate from the centre position. After adjustmenting back to centre it would deviate after some time then the engine stalls. I could be riding in 5th gear at 80km/h, pull in the clutch & the engine dies. Release the clutch the engine restarts. Then after a ride I park it would rough run & stalls on its own. Plugs were badly burnt, battery dead.

Check list
- Fan & wires checked for shorts
- Replace battery, rectifier & spark plugs
- Checked all wires if pinched
- TPS adjusted
- No warnings on Suzuki Diagnostic System

Please help!!!
