ECU flash detection

Hello everyone, this question is for any of our sponcers who do ecu adjustments to stick ecu's
Background
When I bought my 2018 it came with a five year direct from Suzuki warranty.
I would, next year, like to send my factory ecu off for the assorted improvements that can be made to them
Question. Should the dealer mechanic need to hook up their computer to my ecu for whatever reason will it become obvious to them it had been flashed
I would rather not lose my warranty. But I would like to get all the juice my stock motor is capable of producing.
Decisions decisions. :)
TIA

now there is a thought . To be honest I do not expect any trouble with the bike
Given its reputation i am hoping for years of trouble free miles :) . But the 2nd ecu does sound like the kind of belt and suspenders look i am going for
thanks for the Idea
JP

Any gen2 ecu works as well, including other country codes and Bkings, as they are all 100% physically the same.
The bin files are changed to whatever during the flash, so buy the cheapest ecu you can find.
