Semi Guilty:-

Busa gets changed 3 to 4K dependant on how close I am to a mainland trip, use Q8 SBK Racing full syn. 10 - 50w

Suzuki grand vitara 2.5l v6 gets changed every 6k use Q8 Formula exell 5 - 40w full syn.

I guess I kind off like my Suzuki's
