Hey everyone, I have an 08 Busa with around 72,000mil, just noticed the other day on the way home from a memorial ride. I started hearing like a whistling sound when I clutch in, almost similar to the sound a Ducati dry clutch makes but without the annoying ticking.
Once under load it goes away, and no slippage noticed when accelerating. I'm assuming it's the clutch bolts starting to back away but just wanted to be sure, if anyone else has experienced this please let me know.
Also if it is that, aside from some lock tight, is the not some kind of plate mod that can be put in to prevent them backing off in the future? Again if that is the issue.
