I have seen these things on Ebay several times. That is where mine came from for $200 used.

Oof. I think I'd go with a Trailtech or Veypor system.

Couple of things:
1. Those prices match Service Honda's prices which are typically the lowest, ouch!
2. I retrofitted an '03 GSXR1000 gauge onto my Gen I, like the digital speedo MUCH more. Everything works except fuel warning light, but I'm getting a digital one in the mail this week. You can pick those clusters up for ~$70 off ebay.
2. I picked up an "as new" set of Gen II mufflers + headers for 99c off ebay a few months back. Looked up what they cost new and almost fell off my chair
