Circumstantial evidence convicted the man. I dont know if he did it and neither do any of you guys. Last time I remember it had to be "Beyond reasonable doubt"

Also, I have a ? for ya. Should we sentence all free clinics to death. Its essentially what they do when it comes to a late term abortion. Think about it. FWIW, I believe in a womans right to choose.
