Pull the motor, strip it down, and split the case... not for the weak of heart or garage impaired!

I'm pulling my motor this weekend. I will try to get help with the internals but $ is low so...
I think motorhead on sh.org will redo your 2nd gear and undercut for around $500
I would make sure you get at least 2nd gear undercut to prevent it happening again
all the other gears have a bit of undercut already
suzuki should own up and do a frigin recall!

Be prepared to replace parts in your transmissions fellas!My 05 did the same thing and it needed new shift forks 3 new drive gears and I had it backcut!I pulled the engine and took it to my dealer and was $1,200.00 when it was done!
