I bought my almost 3 year old (in august he will be 3) son this 88 Suzuki 50 4 wheeler 2 nights ago, he is nuts over it, and with the throttle stop limiting him to about 10 mph doing incredibly well on it, hasn't hit anything or got stuck where he couldn't get himself out of yet, loves going fast LOL.

I got my first bike and did not get off the thing until I got another one.... I lay odds you have a path worn through the riding area within a day or so...

I guess you are not a member of the "Busa beginner bike" club huh?

LOL, I loves bikes like i love the air we breathe, but I can't imagine letting my son have a street bike of any sorts at age 16 or anything, he would have to be super mature, never a busa for a first bike LOL. I remember being 16, and the stupid things I did....in an Escort LOL

Congrats and he looks happy as can be. He will remember that all of his life.

Oh, and I learned to do crazy things in a 62 ford falcon with 3 on the tree, an inline six, vacuum advance windshield wipers, and a bench seat! Got pulled over for doing 61 in a 55 and the cop asked why I was so excited. I said I couldn't wait to show my friends the ticket saying I was doing 61mph since they told me that my POS car wouldn't do 60mph. He laughed and gave me a warning for 74 mph to show my friends. Heck, back then if they caught you driving drunk they would take you home to your parents as the punishment was far worse than anything the courts would do to you...

I got my 8yr old a quad about 2 months ago for his birthday,I love the remote shutoff button..hahaha he wont ride it now because he says its too hot and i make him wear full gear, helmet, goggles, chest protector, padded pants, gloves, boots, everything, that thing does a good 45mph and he has already hit a couple trees, rolled it and went through the fence..hahaha

kids are funny but you have to make them play safe
