I do mostly street riding, I go to the drag strip 2 to 3 times per year just for fun and race my friends. Do I really need a clutch mod? How much will the parts cost me? Is there a clutch mod for street riding?

if you launch the bike hard at all i would do it.

its gonna be around 200 if you use the kits that come with new machined 1 piece. you can get one of the welded pieces cheaper or have it done. just make sure its straight after welding.

schnitz carries them and theyre a board sponsor. Schnitz Racing Performance Motorcycle Parts - Clutch

Im heading to the track for the first time this summer. After reading up on the clutch mod, it seems like a good upgrade for the cost. I purchased my brocks clutch kit on amazon for about $180.

The welded parts are fine! You can get a welded one from SAE outlaw performance for $35 with exchange!

Thanks for the info guys! I think I will opt out for the clutch mod for now. I do most street ridding.
