Clearing codes on gen3

Ive got some codes on my gen3 wiring harness (no actual bike) thst seem to be sqving even with remiving battery, anyhow I asked healtech electronics about a tool for clearing codes and they answered this:

The FIC wipes the error codes but it's not a diagnostic tool.
We are working hard on making a new diagnostic tool which will work on new Suzuki models too but availability is not expected this year.

Isn't he using a stand alone ECU?
He said he can't crack the Suzuki OEM ECU yet so went with a Motec(?) and used an adaptor plug to link it up with the stock harness plug.
Then they had to write a map from scratch . . quite the display of determination to be at the front of the game huh?

get an ob2 adapter harness then u can use a car ob2 diagnostic reader to clear codes

Thanks guys I tried my one I use on my car by imparting wires over, thigh I only hooked up power/ground/can high and low, ill try again with using the dealer option wire

Cant find any of the adapter cables available except overseas, chop off the pbd2 connector and Boostbysmith it LOL. Added a dealer mode switch also.

Honestly I wont be cracking the code, im not much of a software guy, I like tinkering with this stuff but full blown software isnt for me LOL

I do that in my cars and have aux gauges and info display on an old phone.
Be way cool if it did and have aux gauges showing same.
