I my gosh! I just watched it!!! Hilarious!! But I'm stupid. Tell me that was a joke... right? Fictional technobabble?

I thought it was real at first so I skipped it - then I listened to the whole thing! Pretty freakin funny.

if you are curious about teh american job market - it's coming back up. I work at dice.com and the tech only jobs being posted have increased a bunch in the last year.

also if you are curious about salaries in locations try salary.com for some baseline, albiet inflated paycheck averages

but I still feel computers prioritize binary importance over things that are REALLY important in life

yeah, you have to watch the whole thing. I think it's hillarious and reminds me of the old days when I sent my girlfriend to the auto store to get a muffler bearing and blinker fluid. The stuff he spouts makes no sense whatsoever, it's not supposed too, but he sounds great doing it.
