Chinese Busa came in mail today and it won't go in gear, HELP !

For some reason the Italian levers I opted for aren't working correctly and I can't get it in gear? Could it possibly be the German shifter I got with it or maybe the Taiwanese outsourced clutch cable ? I'm stumped? Been trying to fix it with my Mexican made tools that I have in this Korean tool box.

Anyone have this same experience?
Please help !
