Charging problem. need help

busa will run under its own power, but no juice making it back to the battery. im testing the rectifier, but what i was wondering is, if your checking the rectifer/regulator why are you checking the end coming from the chassis harness vs. the pigtail coming from rectifier? or am i misunderstanding the test method. i tried to test the rectifier and nothing showed on any lead. the chassis side read per manual....

yea its not the batt. its not showing the current its supposed to at the 5krpm
