What kind of undertail is it, how hard are they to install ? Is it alot of cutting ? And is it bright in the daylight ?

The undertail is made by Rumble Concepts. It is called the Cyclops. It was pretty easy to install, no major issues. It comes with detailed instructions. I love the ATRE. The bike seems to run so much smoother now.
