changing coolant, need some help:)

hey guys im about to change the coolant on my 03 LE stock motor. How do I drain the old coolant first, just disconnect the big rad hose and let it all flow out? How do i bleed the system after the new coolant is in? I know a lot of people mix their coolant with distilled water and other stuff is that necessary and if so how much of it is mixed? I'm not sure on what coolant/antifreeze to use if anyone has some instructions to help me out here id really appreciate it a lot, thanks guys!

i read the manual. it says flush the radiator with fresh water if necessary but it doesnt tell you how to do this. are you supposed to use normal tap water or distilled for this procedure?
and when it says pour coolant up to the radiator 'inlet' do they mean fill it right up as much as you can without over flowing? what is the specified coolant for the busa is engine ice ok?
