Chain question (yet again)

I was tightening up my chain and read in the manual that 21 pins should not exceed 12.57 inches.

I am right about there or just beyond (I'm using a stanley

).

I only got about 8000 miles and don't really ride that hard. I did a search and many people say they have almost twice my mileage on a stock chain.

The rear sprocket looks fine, do I need to change it or is the 12.57 inches just an overkill on precaution?

Also - Charles (street 'n track) could you pm me on a price for a new chain EK ZZZ?

How many times have you had to adjust it? If not many and the sprocket valleys aren't elongated I wouldn't worry about it.

I have close to 14K on my stock chain and sprockets with no problems.

Checked mine at 5K. Manual states before each ride

Very loose and the axle wasn't even according to the notches on the swingarm. Hope to get lots of miles. Still running original tires, but doubt the rear will see 6K.
