I brought my bike there for it's first oil change as that was where I bought her. Sales was better then the service if that tells you anything. Nothing special good or bad, they were just darn slow. Have not been back since, as I do it myself after the first.

What are you having done? If its just a basic service may I suggest you befriend some one with some mechanical skill, download the gen 2 service manual, invest in a few basic tools and do it your self.
1 you will save a boat load of money and time, 2 you will have the satisfaction of knowing your work was done right and proper.
