And now the banks are shooting there own feet and those of us who can afford our homes but need to refinance. The banks won't do it because you need 20% equity. Well I can't control the market and that's a stupid reason anyway. Why would you force people who can continue making their payments on time into forclosures and shortsales, which only causes the market to fall more?
Time to stop the bleeding and force banks to refinance those who are making their payments on time. Why wouldn't they want to continue making money off of us? They make $2000 a month off of me alone!
