Finally went to fit my ugly yellow carbon fuel tank

hits my plenum hold down straps
Shim tank up in the back
previous owner shimmed it forward, remove those

finally get everything to close
I had to raise the tank for my application by about 1/2 inch
dump fuel in and she started for a instant then died
I figure I pinched a fuel line and pressure was thru the roof
So I unbolt the front of the tank to raise it and unpinch anything, still will not run
Grab my laptop to check fuel pressure, 45 thats correct

ran out of time has to adults the rest of the night

Went to look at it yesterday, flashlight looking into tank, key on,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,no bubbles in tank, tried 3-4 times still no bubbles

Add another 3/4 gallon fuel fires and runs perfectly
I mean close to 2 inches of fuel in the tank not covering the feed hole?
that scares me,put ofther tank back on

Hi. Who made the tank? Check to see if there is a shroud around the pick up.
