Raised gas tank leak?

I need to raise the tank but its almost full of fuel, will it pour out everywhere or is the cap leak proof ?

It won't leak. When I winterized my bike, I had a full tank of stab fuel and I raised the tank to spray some fogging oil into the intake. No leaks, no worries.

Been there, not a drop. Just make sure the rubber on the cap is clean and it's mating surface is clean. When my bike was new, there was factory paint or primer residue on mine, came off by just rubbing with clothe material
