The court of facts has convicted him. If he were a typical defendant, he would plead guilty and ask for leniency on the sentence. Forcing his case to trial would be disastrous for the typical defendant, resulting in huge fines and jail time (as it already has for many of his co-conspirators).

Your perspective on things is quite different than the other half of the country. Did you forget he warned Pelosi and capital police of potential violence? Did you forget she declined to add more security? Did you forget that people calmly walked thru the capital and for the most part even stayed outside the roped off areas? Did you forget he said to march there peacefully and respect Capital police? Did you forget that in several places police themselves moved gates and opened the doors? Did you not see video of police escorting Buffalo man thru the building helping him find an open door?

Removing a president is different than saying someone is not eligible to run. Once a person has been deemed eligible to run, has run, and been made president by a legal vote of the people, only congress can undo this.

I have no issues with the justice system. When the courts threw out Trump’s claims of voter fraud I had zero issues. When they convict him of taking part in the insurrection, we’ll see how you handle it.
