I'm not trying to make this thread my personal classified section but for the Galfer parts i said i was bringing, is there an interest for this?

On one of the previous posts someone mentioned pitching in for the cook out etc. I will be riding up from Raleigh,and will not be able to brink nothing but what I need, or will the snacks, food etc be purchased up there at the gap. Also, I cannot recall if anyone in the past posted if they were going to bring maybe a rear stand so that myself and others will be able to lube up our chains for the trip back. I have no problem doing the roll, spray, roll, spray thing, but a rear stand is so much nicer. Also, I will be arriving hopefully to the Phillips Motel on Thursday afternoon, hopefully early, so if anyone is there, lets ride...............

I'd be happy to make the occasional Ingles (store) run, providing Tony lets me use the truck. I will be bringing up a rear spool stand and maybe my front stem stand. I have a rear universal stand as well, if we have the extra room.

as for stands, I'll have mine and the rear has the pads, so will work on any bike up there

Haven't had a break since last July. 12 hours a day in the office with no lunch break, 5 days a week, sometimes 6. I am due, really need this trip.

so at 12 +/- days to go.... we should really decide if we are going to try and do a group meal/eating/cooking thing and if so, who's gonna bring what. I dont think with this many folks coming, many riding in especially, that we need everyone to bring something, maybe just contribute a few dollars. I think the biggest things are going to be the grills/chairs and then maybe someone can make a Sams/Costco/BJs run for bulk stuff?

Thoughts? I have a big truck and am trailering up, so I can haul anything except a grill cuz I aint got one

Fireman, you want me to carry some stuff up there for you? I'm planning to arrive thurs evening sometime so instead of you having to carry a ton of shid on your bike I can just put it in the truck.

sounds good Bronc. Last time just worked out nicely with everyone kinda doing their own thing but the group cookign up breakfast/dinner together.... since we mostly were together the whole day, it was just nice to sit around and chat about whatever/the ride/whatever/the ride and then some more whatever

If we plan it right, we should be able to have quite a nice cookout dinner for everyone

Got my D&D full system listed in the classified forum. Should be coming off the bike monday or tuesday night. Not getting much interest, so I will probably be bringing them to the bash in case anyone going is interested in taking them home with them. Sorry, the flash pics are lousy, but I'm gonna try to get some better pics posted shortly.
