I added a new used belly pan because mine was broken. The bike is lowered and when I first got it, I bottomed her out a few times.

So I found a broken tab on the side fairing. If any of you do bodywork, you know about Fusor products. It requires buying or borrowing a $150 gun, and most body and paint stores sell it, but you can find it on ebay(slightly out of date, but useable) for way less money.

The tips mix the two parts and make a strong product when set up.

I also drained my Syn. blend oil and replaced it with Am-soil. The bike shifts like new money. I am sold on this stuff. I put in some new plugs and a fresh coat of Pledge and we are ready to ride about 1000 miles this weekend.

Next the special mixing tips and place the pieces together to set up.

This crap is strong as can be. Bodyshops also use the metal Fusor to attach 1/4 panels so the dont have to weld them.

I hope it helps someone else here.

No you cant borrow my gun.

John, It varies. The first time I used them to rebuild a front spoiler on a Z/34 and we bought the fast stuff. We only had like 45 seconds before it set hard as a rock.

They demo it for some shops and glue two pieces of sheet metal together and then pulled them apart, the metal ripped but it stayed glued.

I agree, but the fast stuff, helps when you need to repair parts in several steps it works great!

The Problem Plastics sets very quickly, so you need not to mess around!
