Brocks Billet cam chain tensioner

I ordered a billet cct from brocks. It shows up with NO install instructions???? I call them and get absolutely NO help. The guy in tech that i talked to said he would email them to me. He emailed me an advertisement for the adjuster, no instructions.

Can anyone tell me the proper way to set the adjustment?
