I bought a 99 Busa with a manual cam chain tensioner and have no idea what the proper adjustment is. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

I bought a 99 Busa with a manual cam chain tensioner and have no idea what the proper adjustment is. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.
Turning the motor forward, screw the adjuster in until you feel the tensioner contact the chain,then back it up 1/4 turn and lock jam nut.

Sorry for being such a dumb ass but could you elaborate on turning the motor forward?
