Pan, thanks for posting up man!

I have a lady here in the office who just jumped into motorcycling last week.
She asked me to 'teach her how to ride' and I have been doing so but on two conditions.
1. that she buy gear and WEAR IT.
2. That she take an MSF course when a slot opens up.

She has done very well so far and we have put a good many parking lot only miles on her baby Ninja but when I read this post I called in here to my office and MADE her read your words of wisdom.
