The arm and frame?
Trip tree?
Wheels?

So is the frame chrome or polished then black translucent coated?

Looks good..and yes black chrome never photos as great as it truely looks.

The levers, swingarm, rear foot brackets, and the triple tree are a black (candy) chrome..... the rims are chrome with black (candy) chrome spokes. The frame was very expensive in a black chrome so I did do black chrome cover. When I get enough money, I do plan to get the frame dipped. Right now I'm still taking the bike apart to black chrome whatever peices I can.

Is black chrome more costly to do than chrome?

It cost me about $100-$150 extra to do black chrome over doing a regular chrome. But I've found that different shops charge different prices....
