Bike Burnout Fail

Yep, not good...I've done burn out pits before and watched the temp and never got over operating temp if you believe the OEM guage.

I know some bikes tend to run a little warm, wonder what initially ignited it~?~

Thats pretty much what I have envisioned it looked like when GixerHP made the happy face at the Phillips!

I have never understood why people think its cool to do burnouts, it does not prove anything, except how squiddy you are.

Also proves that hot things can ignite:laugh:

Part I don't get is why everyone standing so close to a bike with a fuel tank that hasn't ignited or exploded yet :dunno:

Yeah,i wouldn't treat my scooter like that.Mine's done one short burnout since new in '03,and Chris did that...at my request.

I have never done a burnout on my busa, I did few rolling burnouts on my 954 in the rain (5 years ago, was still getting the squid out:rofl:).

Lifetime total about 4 and none of them longer than maybe 4-5seconds.
