Big Red goes Down

That's right... ole girl met the pavement for the first time yesterday.
No personal injuries were received.

The cosmetic damage is located on the right side.
Scratch lower fairing
Scratched mirror
Scratch Break Lever
Scratch Bar End

However, this is all insignificant relative to the mechanical damage.
The bike fell on the right side and landed on the dump-pipe (the exhaust pipe that connects directly to the exhaust side of the turbo).
The weight of the bike snapped the exhaust housing on the turbo.
In effect... destroying the turbo.
The waste gate pipe also has shows signs of impact... I will check that out as well.

So.... looks like Big Red will be off-line for a while...

But rest assured... She'll be back...

You could probably get away with replacing the Compressor Housing on the turbo, if the CHRA is not damaged.
