Hey you never know, the "new guy" may be brilliant at his craft.... But I do know what you're saying Willie. There is a guy here in Virginia Beach at Redline Performance who is very good. Long history in race bikes. Unfortunately his shop in Yorktown was burned down by a battery fire last year. But he is getting things back up and running at the beach so that is cool.
I think the big thing is developing a relationship with the tuner. Don't just be another day at work for them, make sure they can put your face with that bike. You don't want your bike delegated to the new guy!
Ali knows very well who the best tuner in the east would be, but I like that he's wanting to crank up a good thread on this subject, it's good info to pass around and share with the members hereYour bike was tuned by powerhouse and you’re asking this question?
Sarcasm?
everyone knows whats what.... PH for president.... 40 years in this business.I’ll second third fourth fifth and sixth @POWERHOUSE
Ryan tuned my buddy's 14r a couple of weeks ago. He said he was super cool, and got 208 out of it....Brock’s in Ohio.... should I mention schnitz in Indiana?
I agree with you there Frank, I would love to be able to one day have my bike dynoed at your shop (and probably will) but being in Michigan it'd be nice to know of a local shop that's good with a busa.A "state by state" or regional list of tuners would be useful to members, especially a list showing feedback from our own members . . .
That's a great idea.A "state by state" or regional list of tuners would be useful to members, especially a list showing feedback from our own members . . .
