I spent part of my lunch time today taling parts off of Luci. Getting the cover off was a PITA since 2 of the bolts were ground down to the point a socket wouldn't work. Fortunately, they are low torque boltsw so I ground slots in what was left of them and backed them out with a screw driver. The pin that the Idler Gear assembly rides on is ground down on one end. It is normally hollow, but is now packed solid with rubber and grit from the track, and aluminum from the cover.
