Anybody find a better deal?

I have seen a couple of posts here about ppl looking for good deals on busa's.  I bought my 04 R6 and my 05 Busa from Honda East, they are in Maumee, OH.  I got my R6 for $7200 OTD and my Busa for $9500.50 OTD.  I was out of state so I did not have to pay sales tax there.  

This dealer was recommended by the R6 forums and I must say they are very friendly and have good deals.  They had to order my 05 Blue and Silver, very helpful finding the bike you want.  Look at their site and definetly deal with Scott Johnson, he is the sales manager and will get you a deal.

thats some good deals, my 05 Busa was 9999 but with tax, prep, etc was 11,000 and my 05 gsx 1000 was 10,500 otd

what was the .50 for, you couldn't talk them down on the Busa?

Well the actual bike cost was like 9475 and then they added a doc fee and so forth which totalled 9500.50. I didn't want to haggle them too much more cause I knew that was a good deal.

Bought my '05 out of state for $9,499. After the dust settled (shipping, taxes, tags) I was at $10,069. That was back in June. I would think prices on '05's would really be coming down considering the '06's can't be far off now. Talk 'em down!

once tax is added when you registered at your state's dmv, you still got a good deal but not great.
