OK here is my Professional opinion ..

excellent condition do not charge extra for the protein ..or the ventilation..


on a serious note get pros and make sure you get a termite letter when finshed and file it away if you ever refy you will need it ..

Gonna be a spendy proposition.......called 2 places so far.

Pricing is about 1.10 per square foot. They drill holes in the ground both outside and inside..put some chemical down that kills the little suckers. Won't harm my well (thank God!). But man...my house is 3500 sq. feet!

Most termite companies recommend retreatment for a couple of years. I have seen a house treated one time then the owner neglected to maintain and had to replace the hardwoods on the first floor... Termites suck but can be dealt with. It is cheaper to treat every year then to replace all your hardwood floors, floor joists and so on. My termite guy recommends a minimum three year treatment and those spikey things.
