Last week I was riding my friends 07 Ninja 636. After about a 1/4 mile 11 o'clock wheelie it dumped about a half quart of oil out of the top, made a cool smoke screen
I immediately remembered an episode of Superbikes where Jason Britton or Tony Carbohol's 636 did the same thing. Apparently at that angle the engine leaks oil out of a crankcase vent, and there was a simple fix.
I haven't been able to find any info about it online yet, and didn't really wanna join the Kawasaki forums to ask
I'm gonna take it apart in the next day or 2 and it'll probably be self explanatory. After it happened we hosed the oil off, and the oil level in the sight glass is good. The bike runs and sounds fine. Just no more good wheelies til we fix it.
