Isn't it funny, but common that when something like that happens, the rider will immediate get up to pick up the bike?? Like as if it stayed on its side any longer it's going to sustain more damage. I would just lay it out on the ground for a bit after something like that until some comes along and kick in my helmet and ask if I'm alright.
