Another awesome day of riding (pics)

Left the house around 8:30 and rode until about 1:00pm.

As usual, I polished her as soon as I got home.

Cleaned the wheels, too.

Miles added to her today.

Thanks, Brian. I did have a great day. I didn't get to go out this morning at 4:00, though. Way too foggy. One of these days, we'll ride together.

Thanks. It's a 2007. Bought brand new on September 27 of '07. Yes, they are the stock rims.

Thanks. I love them. They are sooooooooooo easy to clean, too. It's the finish that makes all the difference. I just spray Pledge all around on both sides, wipe it down, and wipe again with another towel. That's it.

Let me see....besides the regular scheduled maintenance, I've replaced the following:
Cush drive
Fork seal
Chain-I'm on my third one
Sprockets F/R
I think we replaced the clutch, too.
That's all I can think of.

Here it is.
DuPont Teflon Chain Saver - DuPont Teflon Chain Lube - webBikeWorld

It's the one in the blue can. When I took today's pics, I didn't wipe off the chain at all. That's after almost 5 hours of riding.

Just spray it on while the chain's still warm and wipe off the excess. That's all you have to do. As you can see, it looks dry but when you touch it, there's like a film to it. As you can see also, there's no fling whatsoever. By the way, I didn't clean the sprocket, either. It's that good.

When you beautiful scenery like that to ride in, it makes it pretty easy to rack up that many miles! Nice lookin bike.
