Alpinestars Bat Leather Sport Pants

Do Alpinstars Bat Leather Sport Pants fit inside the boot or outside? I have been looking for outside the boot leather pants and have found sites that say the pants are boot-cut...but they look kind of snug around the bottom

I did a search here and know guy have them. Just dont know how they are designed to be worn. I have looked at other leather pants, but am 6'2" with a 34 inch inseam and it seems as though most manufacturers dont account for being tall...and skinny. Thanks in advance for any responses.

Or any comments on the Alpinestars Twin leather pants would be appreciated. They look like they are cut to fit a more "cruiser" body position as opposed to a sportbike position, but I read a few posts about members that owned them as well. Thanks a gain.

going to play hell trying to fit the Bat Pant over the outside of the boot... they make a long and short
