That bent brace/leg is way too light by the looks, if it was me I’d send it back for a refund and go and buy pit bull stands front and rear.
Well, sending it back would be a major pita since it came from England. If I had my way I would send it back, not so much because it broke but because I really don't like it. It's clunky to set up and use. I know part of that is that I'm just not used to it.

I really wish I had spent the extra money and gotten the Skylift. I'm used to a hydraulic lift and really don't love the way 99% of the Busa lifts work.

If they sent junk, I would give tell them they were paying to ship it back, take it to UPS and let them box and ship it.

A few members here have great things to say about the Skylift.

I've also had a Bursig for over 12 years, and it is and has always been excellent.

New piece is shipping out today. They said shipping damage.
Looks almost like they used inferior steel to make those brackets....you would have noticed it right away if it was shipping damage.

Since the pandemic, companies have been rushing out product with little regard for quality. Is that stand made in England or is it outsourced to another country?

Made in England as far as I know. I agree, I think I would have noticed if it was damaged when it got here. They gave me two options, said I could pound it flat with a hammer and they would refund me $125 or they could send me a new piece. Told them I would feel safer with the new piece. They're shipping it today.

Hopefully you have better luck with the new one....

There is no way I'd have taken the refund either, that piece is compromised and who wants to have it fail with your bike on it...
