A computer software question

Anyone know of a small program out there that will do this...

1. Select a directory and it will grab random pics and move them to another dir.
2. Allow me to enter the number of pics desired

I have over 200,000 digital images and I want to tell this program to go and randomly go and grab 400 pics so that I can put them on a digital picture frame...

Anyone seen something like this?

Yes Captain what you want is a random file selector. I use to use them when I had more music than storage on my MP3 player.
