I'm sure most of you veterans already know this trick but maybe some of the newer guys may not. Trust me,it works BETTER than that $150 unit in my opinion and only cost about a half dollar!

I have both. The o-ring does work but I tend to lose them. I just went with the TM since it can't get lost and I needed heavier bar ends anyway.

I have a few of the "CAT" brand O-rings still in the package if anyone is looking. These work the best but unfortunately were more then $0.50.

It rolls back fine just make sure you get the thick ring. Ther inside diameter is 1 1/16"

ya, cause im sure that RUBBER o- ring is real hard to overide

hmm i need to try that when i get a chance to run to lowes or homedepo so just a 1 1/16" o ring and thats it?

Yea thats it but that measurement is "inside diameter" I would probably get two or three different sizes and just find the one that you like the best. That's what I did.

A guy from the board made me one this weekend with 2 o rings inside, works just like throttle meister. Its all internal and you just turn end piece.
