22 mpg sucks

no power commander and nothing done but the 4 to 1 full akrapovic exhaust. stock wheels and rubber. all i have done is the 17 43 tooth. im still at a loss on what could be doing this. what rpm should i be at when in top gear doing say 55mph

The +3 rear sprocket has only raised the rpm's around 600.

problem is i dont know what the stock rpm should be lol. i cant seem to feel if im gettingin to 6th

5,000 revs @ 95 mph is stock gearing and tire.
