I was sitting at Ashley River Fire Dept listening to the radio chatter from the Sofa Super Store fire in Charleston. It was the hardest day in my career listenign ot them calling for downed fire fighters forever taken away from us..

As I sit here wiht tears welling up in my eyes I ask all of you to say a little prayer for them. These heros went into a a building to look for those they have never met, have never seen, to help them.. In the end they paid the ultimate price for their bravery..
