I thought extended swingarms put more leverage on the stock spring making it even out if not lower a little bit unless the factory spring is so strong. Did you jack yours up?

Didn't that one guy claim better handling from raising the rear or dropping the front?

i have a gen 1 and i have an intermiten idle but mine is from large airbox mod and pipes on stock ecu i dont knowif i can help though

I know the sound you are talking about. My 08 has done it ever since I put a brocks streetmeg /pipercross filter & PCIII with Brocks Street map in. Not sure if it was one or a combo of these things that gave it that big block lumpiness since i did it all at the same time, but I absolutely love it. It is the first bike that I have found that gives my V-Max with a 4-1 Kerker with the big baffle a run for it's money for a bad ass sound.
