Sorry if this is a repeat, but in Cycle World's December 2006 issue, under the "etc." column (page 31), they had this little blurb:
"Same Ol' Busa ... We were prepared for a blockbuster; Suzuki luring us to its Las Vegas dealer convention with promise of a sneak preview of an all-new Hayabusa. The 1300 remains unchanged for '07, but we'd be shown a concept 'Busa, precursor to a 2008 Hyper-Busa. We had hoped to leave Sin City with photos and specs of the '08 model, but left empty-handed and hung over. A shadowy video was all that was shown, with the promise of more information at the June, 2007, dealer meeting."
So there ya go ... if you believe Cycle World.
