08 busa 6" stretch

I am doing a 6" stretch on a 08 BUSA anyone know how many links it should be? I ordered a 160 link but curious if i could eliminate trial and error and just cut to length if someone knows.

i think you mean to ask, How many links does the bikes' CHAIN need to be in order to stretch the bike 8"....I cant remember what I ended up with for my 9" stretch but i started w/a 180-link chain n didnt cut many off.

i did mine 7inches over with a +2 gear in the back i had like 5 links left over out of a 150 link chain...

i did a 6 in just cut the chain to size very easy on a 08 busa and i love it

you have more then enough chain with 160 links,put the rear axel close to where you want it (even if its fixed you will have some play),put the chain up on it and get a good eyeball,remove links and go from there.its no big deal bro. I'd mount the axel as far fwd as you can,as the chain stretched you have room for adjustment
